It’s never easy to predict the outcome of TORNEO INTERNAZIONALE DELL’AMICIZIA – Memorial ENRICO DE FAVERI, one of the most important events in Italy for female volleyball - category UNDER 16 - 17. All 15 participating teams, 9 of them from across Europe, have fought to the last spike during this two days competition.

 

Eventually, Itasteel Fiume Veneto won a wonderful final game against last year winner, Brunopremi.com Bassano. Club Italia, a team made from some of the best athletes from Italy, took third place, followed by Serbian team OK Tent Obrenovac. Paola Enogu, from Club Italia, was awarded as Best player.

Regional authorities complimented Volley Piave president, Daniele Berti, for the quality of teams, and in general for tournament's organization.

Volley Piave would like to thank all the teams and the many people who came see the matches, especially during finals on sunday afternoon.

8TH INTERNATIONAL FRIENDSHIP TOURNAMENT – Memorial ENRICO DE FAVERI

A.S.D. Volley Piave is organizing, on 28th - 29th September 2013, the 8th INTERNATIONAL FRIENDSHIP TOURNAMENT – ENRICO DE FAVERI MEMORIAL, an international, federal female volleyball tournament for 15 teams, reserved for athletes born in 1997 and later (playing league Female Under 17).

The last edition was a remarkable success in the area and in the sport environment: over 2000 spectators, 250 athletes, managers, coaches and referees, 50 organizers and volunteers. Thanks to the high level played during the matches, the tournament was called by Mr. Piaser, the Vice-president of the volleyball Federation of Veneto Region, the most important volleyball female competition under 17 in the whole of Italy.
